Meet Eric Miller, our Fire Service Technology teacher. Eric began his Fire Service education as a student here at Sno-Isle TECH several years ago. After completing this program he went on to the Getchell Fire Academy. Since that time he has attained vast experience in the field; working for six years as an Acting Captain, Driver/Operator, Firefighter/EMT-B with the Getchell Department. He then spent several more years in the Granite Falls Fire Department performing these same duties as well as becoming a CPR/1st Aid Instructor. Eric returned to Sno-Isle TECH as a teacher in 2010 and has been instructing and guiding our future firefighters since that time!

As a student in the Fire Service Program here at Sno-Isle TECH you will work with specialized equipment and practice and drill doing exercises that will prepare you to battle fires, save lives, and keep yourself safe, as well. You will meet professionals from the industry who will share opportunities and their expertise to assist you into a career in this field.
