Taking care of existing customers and proactively building new customer base daily.
Incredible internal/external customer relations, proactive sales, time and product management.
Know about or interested to learn about equipment and tools, including assisting with equipment check-ins and directly assisting customer before and after rent. Birch has best in industry training programs to learn about the gear.
