Role:
The Product Intake Operations Specialist is responsible for the overall receipt of Mail for Card Kingdom and the Grading Team. This person will ensure that the daily functions and procedures of Product Intake Operations run smoothly and efficiently, such as receiving, verifying, distributing, sorting, and storing mail along with inspecting Sealed Product for online sales. From receiving and verifying MTG cards to customer service tasks, Product Intake Operations must keep close tabs on all facets of mail operations. This person must have an eye for detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of the received product. Product Intake Operations must provide a sufficient level of customer service as well as interface appropriately with many departments within Card Kingdom. This role requires the ability to solve problems and work independently as needed.
Responsibilities:
Receive product and mail deliveries
Load and unload mail deliveries as needed
Verify customer orders
Stage customer mail and process bulk mail
Put away, organize, and prepare items for online sales
Follow all quality standards, procedures, rules, and regulations
Document and appropriately escalate information regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect shipments
Receive all incoming Bulk orders & orders for the Grading Team
Receive and inspect all Sealed Product orders
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent work experience
Experience with Magic the Gathering product is a plus
Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook
Top-notch time management skills and ability to self-direct
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
Experiences using warehouse equipment and tools
Ability to stand and work on hard surfaces for hours at a time
Positive outlook and “can-do” attitude
