Corstone Contractors LLC is an established commercial general contractor with repeat customers in multifamily, industrial, commercial and veterinary/medical markets across the Pacific Northwest. We are seeking self-motivated Laborer to add to our successful team.

Required Qualifications:

·1 years commercial construction experience
·Able to perform general physical tasks common to labor position (lifting items up to 100 pounds, kneeling, bending, standing, climbing, repetitive motion, use of hand tools, etc.)
·Possess valid Driver’s License, good driving history and dependable transportation
·Able to work weekends if necessary
·Demonstrated history of working safely and adhering to safety standards
·Perform set-up and clean-up tasks
·Direct traffic when necessary
·Provide labor support as needed for specialty crews
·Basic understanding of construction principals and procedures
·Able to work in fast-paced environment with weather fluctuations

Preferred qualifications:

·Experience completing work on active job sites
·Experience with commercial construction
·Ability to deal with unforeseen challenges and variety of personality types
·High-level of customer service
