Job Description

Seeking a motivated Carpenter apprentice

As we continue to grow and seek new ways to better serve our customers, PCF Construction Group is seeking a hardworking Carpenter Apprentice based in the Seattle/Bellevue area.

Position Summary: We are seeking a high-quality, apprentices to work for our fast-growing company. Our ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who is a proactive communicator to customers, crew, and managers.

Required Skills, Experience, & Education:

Self-motivated with the ability to operate without constant supervision
Travel (within a 50-mile radius) for the business purpose more than 75% of the time, which requires a valid driver’s license, presentable vehicle, and current auto insurance
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
High level of accountability and ability to effectively prioritize tasks
Ability to work independently and across functional teams
Strong customer service skills
Strong time management skills
Problem-solving skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 years of experience in construction
Employment is contingent upon satisfactory results from a background investigation
