There are 12 marketers on our team right now and their overall earnings last year AVERAGED $27.43 per hour.

Our top 5 marketers in a month overall earn $30+ and even $40+ per hour.

You will be setting appointments with homeowners around our installations (no selling involved) and you will represent a great company and great products including James Hardie Siding, Certainteed Roofing and more.

Work with a team of 4-5 reps talking to homeowners and setting appointments for any product on the exterior of the home–Roofing, Siding, Windows and more.

We promote from within to advance to team management or sales where a 6 figure income is very common at The Bear.
