About the Program:
Sunrise Services is looking for a Maintenance Worker. In this role, you will have hands-on responsibility for buildings, equipment, and supplies.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ability to perform interior and exterior carpentry work as required for general construction
Remodeling and repair and maintenance of buildings and facilities
Replacing appliances: electric ranges, refrigerators, washer machines, dryers, dishwashers
Good painting skills, masking and preparing for spray interior, exterior buildings
Replacing light bulbs, unplugging toilets, pressure washing, and vacuum floors
Weather preparation: Snow and ice removal
Building preparation for weather conditions
Basic to intermediate knowledge of plumbing and electrical work
Replacing water heaters, base board heaters, outlets, ballast, light fixtures, sink, faucets, showers and tubs.
Requirements: (Any Equivalent Combination of Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, and Experience)
Education: High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year of facilities experience required.
At least 1 year of painting, building repair, and property maintenance experience required.
Washington State driver’s license
$50,000 automobile insurance coverage
Acceptable driving record (no accidents in the past 3 years)
Interest and aptitude for work
Be able to lift 50 ILBS or more
