Beta Sigma Phi is an International Women’s friendship network. We are not a college-affiliated sorority.  However, we are the largest organization of its kind in the world. Our membership is made up of women of all ages, usually joining in their twenties or thirties, and staying active for their entire lives, building friendships that last a lifetime.  Beta Sigma Phi provides educational programs to its members and opportunities for service to others.  Beta Sigma Phi is a Cultural, Social and Service Organization.

 

The Emerald City Council Beta Sigma Phi scholarship will be awarded to the Sno-Isle Tech Center Culinary Arts Program graduating student.   The scholarship will be granted to a student based on their academic record and dedication to their culinary goals.

 

• The continuing education institution of the recipient’s choice must be fully accredited.
• The recipient must inform the Emerald City Council of Beta Sigma Phi of the name of the specific institution and its address.
• The scholarship funds will be forwarded to the institution of the recipient’s choice upon matriculation.
• The scholarship funds will remain available for use for twelve (12) months after it was awarded.
• The scholarship recipient will be announced by April 29, 2023 (date)
• You may attach additional sheets to elaborate on the questions below.

 

Year:  2023.    Amount: $1,500.00 for first year of higher education.  After the first year, additional help may be considered upon verification that this student is still enrolled for the second year.  Additional dollar amount will be determined at that time.                  Submit to the Career Center or Kayla Miller by: April 15, 2023 (date)
