New Website Launched
Sno-Ise TECH Skills Center has a new website! Some of the noticeable new features include a more intuitive navigation. Many of the important elements can be found neatly organized on the home page. For example, Events and Recent blog posts are displayed mid-way down the page. The new ‘I Want To’ section allows easy navigation to some of the most important pages.
Classes are organized by the five pathways; Business & Marketing, Human Services, Info Tech, Science & Health and Trade & Industry. Each class page features a professionally filmed and produced video highlighting benefits of the class.
There will be regular blog post updates through out the school year, keeping you up to date with Sno-Isle news and information.

Le Bistro Restaurant Opening Soon
Your favorite on-campus dining option is opening for lunch Tuesday thru Thursday in October. The student-run fine dining establishment offers a daily specials menu plus standard items available any day of the week they are open. The specific opening date will be added the Events calendar, so check back soon for more information.
Teamwork is the focus of the student-run dining option, and they prepare a special entrée and dessert every day. It is a challenge to constantly learn about new techniques and ingredients, while offering a selection of made-to-order sandwiches, salads and burgers. The students prepare as much as possible from scratch, and offer extremely reasonable pricing for the high quality of food that is served.
Students rotate through the various stations in the kitchen, so that every student has the option to do everything – from making the soup, to sautéing the entrée, to waiting on customers, and washing the dishes. All gratuities given by customers are used to fund student field trips and activities in the future. The majority of the students continue with their education at various post-secondary culinary schools around the country.
If you are interested in reserving the restaurant for a special meal or meeting for a group of 25 or more, (Le Bistro can accommodate up to 75) please contact Chef Mark or Jennifer at: (425) 356-1709.

Sno-Isle TECH Partners
There is also a new Partners section on the home page that features our employer partners who offer relevant jobs to Sno-Isle Tech Students. The Sno-Ise TECH Skills Center partners offer industry specific employment opportunities to students. In the coming months we will feature more of these partners to showcase their involvement with the school, the opportunities they generously offer, and how the students will benefit. This is still a work in progress as we will continue to add employer partners over the coming months.
Be sure to frequently visit the job board for updated employment opportunity information.
Up Coming Calendar of Events
Another new addition to the website will be a Calendar of Events. This can be found under the ‘I Want To’ section on the home page. This page will highlight future events with details on each event and how students and parents can get involved with the planning, organization, and attendance of every event. If you have something to add to the event schedule, email us through our contact page
