More About Le Bistro Restaurant
We prepare a special entrée and dessert every day, so we are constantly learning about new techniques and ingredients. We also offer a selection of made-to-order sandwiches, salads and burgers for you to choose from. We prepare as much as possible from scratch, and our prices are extremely reasonable for the high quality of food that we serve.
Teamwork is at the center of what we do – all of us working together to produce the best possible dining experience for our customers. Students rotate through the various stations in the kitchen, so that everyone gets to do everything – from making the soup to sautéing the entrée, to waiting on customers, to doing the dishes. All of the gratuities given by our customers are used to fund student field trips and activities.
Students learn a variety of work related skills, not just cooking, to help them become valuable employees and lifelong learners. The majority of our students continue with their education at various post-secondary culinary schools around the country.
