Welcome to our student-run fine dining restaurant. We hope you will allow us to introduce ourselves and our wonderful food and atmosphere, as we learn about the Culinary/Hospitality Industry.

More About Le Bistro Restaurant

We are a class of curious culinarians with a strong emphasis on cooking and baking fundamentals in addition to real-world production. We offer two classes in our Culinary Program, Baking & Pastry Arts and Production & Service, both classes contribute product to our outlets.
Al-a Carte Café that services all students and staff on campus only, on Wednesdays and Thursdays of most weeks. Our students curate fresh hot and cold sandwiches, snacks, pastries, and coffee service to be hand delivered to programs by our students.

This on campus café has been a successful venture which is allowing us to pivot our service to the community by offering a fine dining service twice a month during the evening time.

Fine Dining Restaurant that services the public in the evenings on specific nights from November to May. This restaurant is mainly run by the students with the guidance of the Restaurant Manager, Emily Land, a former student of the program. This restaurant serves an eclectic variety of modern and classic cuisines. Students learn a variety of work related skills, not just cooking, to help them become valuable employees and lifelong learners. The majority of our students continue with their education at various post-secondary culinary schools around the country.
